I lost my streak

Streaks reset at local midnight. If you played but the streak didn't update, try restarting the app — pending plays sync on launch. If it's still wrong after a sync, email us with your username and the date.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Pro is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel from your device's subscription settings (App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, scores, streaks, and friend connections. Some encrypted backups may persist for a limited window.

I want to report a bug

Email support@criticscale.com with your username, the game (Erapin, Chromevinyl, etc.), what you did, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Someone is harassing me

Use the in-app block and report tools (tap a user → ⋯ menu). For serious or off-app issues, email us — we take these seriously.

Wrong answer in a game?

Music metadata is hard. If you think we got a year, artist, or fact wrong, email us with the game and the round so we can review and patch it.
